Coach Supervision
After a Coach completes their initial training and certification, they are largely on their own to develop and navigate their coaching practice. Peer and mentor coaching are important, yet they can fall short of providing a broadly and deeply informed space to bring those niggling client cases that foster doubt and erode the coach’s self-confidence and can even impact business development and growth.
Every Coach has a purpose to bear through their coaching, whether they are consciously aware of it or not. Coach Supervision supports the Coach to realize their purpose without getting in their own way or letting their own experiences / perspectives affect their Client’s potential.
Maggie is trained by Coaching Supervision Academy and offers 1:1 coach supervision. Group coaching supervision is also available through PeopleDynamics Learning Group Inc.

"Coaching Supervision focuses on the development of the coach’s capacity through offering a richer and broader opportunity for support and development. Coaching Supervision creates a safe environment for the coach to share their successes and failures in becoming masterful in the way they work with their clients. (CCEU's available)."
