Hi, I’m Maggie Coulter.  I’m a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Trauma-Informed Certified Coach (TICC).

I'm also Co-Principal of PeopleDynamics Learning Group (pdlgcoaching.com), and lead faculty for PDLG’s Business Coaching Advantage Program™.

My coaching is trauma-informed, future-focused, and grounded in 20+ years of real-world business leadership.  In every coaching engagement, I combine powerful, reflective questioning with strategic support to help clients gain insight, shift perspective, and take meaningful action toward their goals.

Before embarking on a career transition to leadership coaching in 2009, I established a successful career in financial technology management. My last position was Vice-President, Technology for one of Canada’s major banks, wherein I successfully completed the Canadian Securities Course, the Partners, Directors, and Senior Officers Exam (CSI), and earned my Project Management Professional (PMP) designation.
